The SeniVita Social Estate designs, plans and builds residential care real estate for seniors in Germany.
The project development of our residential care real estate is carried out on the basis of comprehensive analyses of the local social and demographic structures. For this purpose, data of the population structure, the existing care capacity and economic performance are compared at community level with the expected demand for residential care facilities and the existing plots of land on offer locally. At the same time, we actively promote technical developments to support those in need of help in everyday life and use them in our homes (e.g. AAL systems, early warning systems, etc.).
All the residential care properties we have developed are implemented in accordance with the AltenPflege 5.0 concept in close cooperation in the areas of day care, outpatient services and homes suitable for the elderly. During the planning phase, we pay attention to generous and varied apartment layouts that meet all needs. All our apartments are disabled-friendly, have wheelchair-accessible bathrooms and equipped with a high-quality fitted kitchen. The materials used are of a consistently high quality and offer an attractive living environment.
With the AltenPflege 5.0 concept, SeniVita is pursuing the goal of becoming the leading provider of innovative care concepts on the German market for nursing care. To that effect, in the years ahead, six up to ten new residential care properties will be planned, constructed and operated in accordance with the AltenPflege 5.0 concept every year.
